ReliefKart is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
Payments on the store are processed using third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay.

By completing a transaction, you authorize Razorpay to process your payment and share necessary transaction information with us. ReliefKart does not store your full card, UPI, or banking details.

- All charges incurred are valid and payable
- Applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, strikes, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed over to the carrier.

All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, designs, videos, and trademarks, is owned by ReliefKart or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Payment-related data is processed securely by Razorpay in accordance with applicable laws.
