Thank you for shopping with ReliefKart. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

By default all products sold on our website come with a 7 day warranty against any manufacturing defect.

PLEASE NOTE : PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS MANDATORY FOR ANY WARRANTY RELATED ISSUE OR PRODUCT DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL ISSUES.

After taking Product Video please contact our support team to obtain a return address.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@reliefkart.in with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be sent to the following address only after approval:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. In certain cases, a return shipping label may be issued.


Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@reliefkart.in with photos/videos of the issue. We will evaluate the case and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care and wellness products once opened or used
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wellness products cannot be accepted.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days
  • Payments made via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking, wallet) will be refunded back to the same source

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
